M/s. Pinnacle Prime undertake and provide civil construction and interior projects in Residential, Industrial, Corporate, Hospitality, and Retail sector since 2005.

Over the years with an increase in business volumes, Pencil Mark Interior Solutions LLP. was formed with a specific focus on Interior projects in 2016 with Mr. Sandesh Gowda and Mr. Ravi Chandra – The Operations Head of this company.

Sandesh Gowda

A graduate in Civil engineering with work experience in every stage and aspect of construction, interior and services, Since 2005 .During this tenure, Mr. Sandesh had delivered more than 150+ interior projects in Hotel, Residential, retail office space  and commercial segments. A person with fabulous visualization, who can build and execute ideas into reality.

Sanjay Rajeev Gowda

An MBA, with a go-getter attitude with experience in business development and CRM, with his delicate analysis and unconventional approach, Sanjay Rajeev Gowda adds great quality and class to our business.
